Paradise Hills is a small community located in San Diego’s South County. It is bounded by the community of Encanto to the north, National City to the west, Bonita to the east and Chula Vista to the south.
Paradise Hills is part of the San Diego City Council’s Fourth District, which includes the southeastern neighborhoods of: Bay Terraces, Chollas View, Oak Park, Webster, Valencia Park, Jamacha, Mountain View, Lincoln Park, Emerald Hills, Encanto, and Skyline Hills. Paradise Valley runs through Paradise Hills horizontally giving rise to the Paradise Creek, which flows into San Diego Bay.
