The Tierra Del Sol subdivision contains 126 attached condominiums, which were built from 1988 to 1989. There are two condo units per building, which are attached side-by-side and share a common wall in the middle. All condos have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. The size of units range from 1523 to 1554 square feet. The exterior of the condos are covered with stucco, mostly salmon color. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile.
