Chateau Bernardo Homes

Chateau Bernardo subdivision contains about 91, two-level, single-family homes, all of which were built in the late 1980s. Homes are either three or four bedrooms, have either a two or three car garage, and range from 2100 square feet to 3200 square feet. The exterior of homes are covered with stucco, mostly white and off-white colors. The roofs have Spanish-style red barrel tile. There are four models within this community which include: Chateau Lafite, Chateau Latour, Chateau Margaux, and Chateau Margaux Plus.
