- Upgraded listing in the MLS with multiple pictures so that Real Estate Agents and and home buyers have easy access to finding your property on-line.
- Yard Sign
- Color-rich, yard sign designed to grab the attention of home buyers walking or driving by.
- Open Houses
- Once to twice per month open house showings designed to allow easy access for prospective home buyers to view your home. Usually held on a Saturday or Sunday.
- Just Listed Postcards
- Color postcards sent via postal mail to local households informing them that your property is for sale.
- Just Listed Emails
- Color electronic flyers sent to the local Realtor database informing them that your property is for sale.
- Color Property Flyers
- The outdoor yard sign will contain a box which has color flyers of your home. These flyers will also be given to all prospective home buyers that attend open houses.
- Internet Listings
- In addition to listing your home in the MLS, a link advertising your home will also be placed on the Home Page of 80+ other local real estate web sites.
- 800 Call Capture System
- The yard sign, color flyers, electronic emails, your home’s web sites, will all contain a toll-free number that home buyers can call to find out more information about your home, or to immediately reach our sales team.
- Property Business Card
- A color business card with your home’s information (e.g. address, price, web site, contact information, etc.) will be printed and made available to prospective home buyers.
- Home’s Web Site
- Yes, even your home will get it’s own web site. For example, if you live at 123mainstreet, we will identify and obtain a web site such as 123mainstreet.com (if available). This site will contain additional pictures, detailed property information, and other information not normally allowed within the standard MLS.
- Marketing to Real Estate Agents
- We will present information about your home at selected meetings of local real estate agents. Many of these meetings are held weekly.
- Virtual Tours
- A professionally created visual representation that allows prospective homebuyers to view and a media-rich presentation of your home.
